I was supposed to have surgery on my knee over a year ago. With the targeted workouts and compression treatments at PF I have been able to push that surgery out. I am not even sure I will need it now! So thankful!

Falling out of place daily or weekly when I started with Luke. After 8 weeks I can't tell you the difference I felt. It changed my life. Now, 5 years later, I am still hiking trails and playing with my grand kids and I don't worry about my knees hurting!
